If you want to pursue management roles but don’t want to commit to a full degree program, our Advanced Certificate in General Management could be right for you. This program, designed for students who hold at least an associate degree, covers essential skills for managing people, processes, and projects in just one year of study.
Our program equips you to handle administrative, personnel, and operational management across a wide range of industries. It consists of six bachelor’s-level courses and covers topics including communication, negotiations, change management, conflict resolution, HR management, and more. You’ll emerge from the program better prepared to develop and direct teams that achieve their goals.
